T-12 (dibutyltin dilaurate) produced by Leader New Materials is an organic tin compound with a high boiling point. It is used as an efficient catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane coatings, electroplating coatings, spray coatings, polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives and sealants. Silicone rubber mold products, soft PVC plastic products, such as films, semi-rigid sheets, transparent hoses, etc. used to make heat stabilizers. T-12 is soluble in all plasticizers, benzene, toluene, acetone and other organic solvents. It is insoluble in water and is a powerful catalyst. 

 

In addition, T-12 catalyst produced by Leading New Materials is of great use in the production of rigid foam polyurethane. In applications where the amino catalyst alone is used and exhibits insufficient catalytic effect, organometallics such as the T-12 catalyst can produce a synergistic effect with increased activity of the amino catalyst. Therefore, it is suitable for rigid foam manufacturing that requires high-speed catalysis. Even high-density structural foam, sprayed wall insulation glue and rigid plates are manufactured in high-speed production lines. T-12 has a fast and efficient drying reaction in the time of rapid gel detackification. T-12 can be used in one-component moisture-curing polyurethane coatings, two-component coatings, adhesives and sealants.

 

Polyuric drier is used in polyurethane rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, soft foam, high rebound foam, elastomer, sealant and other industries. The catalysts commonly used in the synthesis of polyurethanes and their raw materials are mainly tertiary amine catalysts and organometallic compounds.
