The T-12 (dibutyltin dilaurate) produced by the new materials is an organotin compound with a high boiling point. It is used as an efficient catalyst in the manufacture of polyurethane coatings, electroplating coatings, spraying, polyurethane foams, coatings, adhesives and sealants. Organic silicone rubber mold products, soft PVC plastic products, such as film, semi-rigid sheet, transparent hose and other production of heat stabilizer use. T-12 can be dissolved in all plasticizers, benzene, toluene, acetone and other organic solvents, insoluble in water, is a powerful catalyst.

In addition, the T-12 catalyst produced by the new material is used in the manufacture of rigid foam polyurethane. Organometallic materials such as T-12 catalysts can produce a synergistic effect of increased activity with amino catalysts in applications where the use of amino catalysts alone exhibits insufficient catalytic action. It is therefore suitable for the production of rigid foams requiring high-speed catalysis. Even high-density structural foams, sprayed wall insulation and rigid plates are manufactured in high-speed production lines. The T-12 has a fast and efficient drying reaction in the time of rapid gel debonding. T-12 can be applied to one-component moisture-cured polyurethane coatings, two-component coatings, adhesives and sealing layers.

Polyurethane drier for polyurethane rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, soft foam, high resilience foam, elastomers, sealants and other industries. The catalysts commonly used in the synthesis of polyurethane and its raw materials are mainly tertiary amine catalysts and organometallic compounds.
